Client testimonials for coaches and consultants
Your clients tell you it worked — in a session, a voice note, a thank-you email. Wallsy gives you one link to turn those moments into testimonials you can actually show.
- No account for your clients
- You approve every word
- Works on any booking page
The message to send
That was a big one today 🙌 If you’ve got two minutes, would you write a few lines about what’s changed since we started? It’s one short page, no sign-up: wallsy.live/f/your-name
Ask when they’ve just felt the change
The best time isn’t the end of the contract — it’s the session where something clicks. A client says “I finally said no to that project” or “I slept through the night for the first time in months.” That’s when they’ll write you two honest sentences without overthinking it.
If you run programmes, send it again in the last week, when they can see the whole journey.
Three questions that get a useful answer
Put these on your collection page. Short, specific questions get short, specific answers — the kind people actually read.
- What was going on for you before we started working together?Gives the reader someone to recognise — usually themselves.
- What’s different now — at work, at home or in how you feel?Specific change beats “she’s amazing”.
- Who would you recommend this to?Clients describe your ideal client better than you can.
Where to put them
- Next to your booking calendarProSingle quote widget — one testimonial at a time, right where people hesitate.
- Your “Work with me” pageFree & ProGrid widget with your strongest six.
- DMs and discovery-call follow-upsFree & ProA link to your Wall of Love, so prospects can read everything in one place.
Set it up in an afternoon
- Call your collection page something personal, like “How’s it going since we started?”, and add your photo or logo.
- Switch on the photo and job-title fields — prospects trust a face and a role.
- Put the three questions above in the intro text so clients know what to write about.
- Create a Wall of Love called “Client stories” and add a button to your booking page.
The honest bit: Wallsy isn’t for you if…
- You want video testimonials — Wallsy collects written ones with star ratings and an optional photo.
- Your clients need full anonymity — Wallsy shows a name with every testimonial (you can let people use a first name only).

Questions people ask
Can clients leave a testimonial without creating an account?
Yes. They open your link, pick the stars, write a few lines and tick a permission box. Nothing to download or sign up for.
What if a client writes something too personal?
Nothing goes public until you approve it. You can fix typos, or simply leave it unpublished — and you can ask the client to send a version they’re comfortable sharing.
Is it free for a solo coach?
The Free plan includes 4 published testimonials, a collection page, a Wall of Love and the Grid widget. Pro is $11/month for unlimited testimonials and every widget layout.
How many testimonials should I show?
Five or six good ones beat twenty vague ones. Pick ones that each describe a different problem you solved.
Can I show testimonials from a group programme separately?
Yes. On Pro you can run a separate collection page per programme and give each one its own Wall of Love.
