Definition
A Wall of Love is a public web page that displays many customer testimonials at once, usually as a grid of cards with the customer’s name, their words and often a star rating, photo, job title or company. The name comes from the idea of a wall covered in kind notes from customers.
Why it works
- Volume builds trust. One testimonial can be luck; thirty from different people is a pattern.
- One link for every doubt. Add it to sales emails, proposals, your pricing page and social profiles.
- It answers different worries. Different customers mention price, support, speed or results — visitors find the one that matches their concern.
What to put on your Wall of Love
- Real names, and a role or company where the customer agreed to share it.
- Specific testimonials over generic praise — “we saved four hours a week” beats “great tool”.
- A mix of customers: different sizes, industries or use cases.
- A clear heading (“What our clients say”) and one call-to-action button.
- Only testimonials the customer gave permission to publish.
Wall of Love examples
Two real walls built with Wallsy, so you can see how one looks to a visitor:
- Jev on X — public posts from X about one product, each linking back to the original post. We wrote up how we built it.
- Wallsy’s own Wall of Love — testimonials from people who use Wallsy, collected with our own collection page.
Where to link it
- Your website navigation or footer (“Customers”, “Reviews”).
- Pricing and sign-up pages.
- Email signatures, proposals and sales follow-ups.
- Social media bios.
How to make one with Wallsy
- Collect testimonials with a collection page link.
- Approve the best ones in your moderation inbox.
- Create a Wall of Love: tick the testimonials to show (ticking publishes them), choose the order, and add a heading and a call-to-action button.

Tips to keep it working
- Put your strongest, most specific testimonials first.
- Add new testimonials regularly so the page stays current.
- Remove anything outdated, such as praise for a service you no longer offer.
