Pricing questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Every account starts on Free — no card required. Free includes 1 collection page, 4 published testimonials, the moderation inbox, Walls of Love and Grid widgets.
What does Pro add?
Unlimited published testimonials and collection pages, the Carousel, Single-quote and Marquee widget layouts, and importing posts from X as testimonials. Removing the small Wallsy branding is coming soon.
How much is Pro?
$11 per month, or $110 per year if you pay yearly (that saves $22 compared with 12 monthly payments). Prices are in US dollars.
How does importing from X work?
On Pro, open the Inbox, choose Import from X and paste the link to a public post. Wallsy adds the post’s text, images, author name and photo, and its like and reply counts as a testimonial and publishes it to your walls and widgets, with a link back to the original post. Imported posts have no star rating.
How do I upgrade?
Sign in, open Settings and choose Upgrade to Pro. Payment happens on a secure checkout page hosted by Polar, our payment provider, and Pro is activated automatically once the payment is confirmed.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Open Settings → Manage billing to cancel, update your card or download invoices. When you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for.
What happens to my testimonials if I go back to Free?
Nothing you have collected is deleted, and testimonials that are already published stay live. Free plan limits apply again: publishing more than 4 testimonials, adding collection pages beyond the first, and the Carousel, Single-quote and Marquee layouts need Pro.
Do my customers need an account to leave a testimonial?
No. Customers open your collection page link, write their testimonial and tick the consent box — no sign-up. Only you sign in, with your Google account.
