Terms & Conditions

The agreement between you and Wallsy when you use wallsy.live. Plain language where we could manage it — questions to support@wallsy.live.

Agreeing to these terms

By creating an account or using Wallsy you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Wallsy for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

What Wallsy does

Wallsy lets you share a collection page link with your customers, receive their testimonials, approve or reject them, and publish the approved ones to a Wall of Love page or a widget on your website. We may improve, change or retire features over time; if a change takes away something important on a paid plan, we’ll tell you first.

Your account

  • You sign in with Google. Keep that account secure — activity on your Wallsy account is your responsibility.
  • Keep your business details accurate, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has got in.
  • Each account is for one business.

Plans and billing

  • Free includes 4 published testimonials and 1 collection page. Collection pages, Walls of Love and widgets show Wallsy branding.
  • Pro costs $11 per month or $110 per year, in USD, plus any taxes that apply. It removes the Free limits, unlocks every widget layout and lets you import posts from X. Wallsy branding is shown on every plan for now. See Pricing for the current details.
  • Payments are processed by Polar, our payment provider, and are also subject to its terms. Pro renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
  • Cancelling: you can cancel any time in Settings → Manage billing. You keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan and its limits apply.
  • Refunds: payments are non-refundable, including for partly used periods, except where the law where you live gives you a right to a refund.
  • If we change Pro prices, we’ll tell you in advance, and the new price applies from your next billing period.

Your content and testimonials

You own what you add to Wallsy — your business details, logo and page text — and your customers own the words they write. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to run the service for you, for example to show your published testimonials on your Wall of Love and widgets.

Because testimonials are shown to other people, you agree that:

  • you only publish testimonials from real customers, and you don’t write fake ones or pass off your own words as a customer’s;
  • you don’t change a testimonial in a way that alters its meaning, and you don’t publish one without the reviewer’s permission (every collection page asks for it);
  • you follow the laws that apply to reviews and endorsements where you do business — such as consumer protection and advertising rules — including disclosing any incentive you gave for a testimonial;
  • you handle reviewers’ personal data lawfully, and you’re responsible for what you choose to publish;
  • if you import posts from X, you only import public posts that are genuinely about your business or product, you present them honestly (not as if the author wrote them for you or endorses you beyond what they posted), you follow X’s rules for displaying posts, and you remove a post when its author asks you to.

Reviewers

If you send a testimonial through a collection page, you confirm it reflects your honest experience and give the business permission to publish it with your name, as described on the form. The business decides whether to publish it. To have it changed or removed, contact the business, or email us if you can’t reach them.

Acceptable use

Please don’t use Wallsy to:

  • publish content that is illegal, misleading, hateful, harassing, or that infringes someone else’s rights;
  • send spam or collect personal data you have no right to;
  • upload malware or try to break, overload, probe or get around the security of the service;
  • scrape the service or access it by automated means other than the embed code and links we provide;
  • resell or copy Wallsy without our written permission.

We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Our part

We work to keep Wallsy running smoothly and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and we don’t guarantee any particular result from publishing testimonials.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, Wallsy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses — such as lost profits, revenue or data — and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

You agree to cover us for claims made against us because of the content you publish or your breach of these terms.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Wallsy at any time, cancel Pro in Settings, and ask us to close your account by emailing support@wallsy.live. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or if the law requires it. When an account is closed, its collection pages, walls and widgets stop working.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Wallsy changes. We’ll update the date at the top, and for important changes we’ll let account holders know in advance. Continuing to use Wallsy after the changes take effect means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you use Wallsy as a consumer, you keep any protections the law of your own country gives you.
